I am a woman, 5'9, 9 and a half stone (133 pounds), 21, pretty active, like walking and aerobics. I have tried to lose some weight .. I made my own fresh fruit and vegetable smoothies, bought a juicer .. heres what was really good today:
Breakfast
Liquefied Fruit and Vegetables
Snack
Farley 2 cookies (lol baby food with milk)
Lunch
Breakfast Smoothie same
Appetizers
Alpine light and a snack bar is 90 calories
Dinner
small fillet with mango and avocado salad
Did you eat too long? I feel terrible ..
