If you use the hot water and put lots of honey and lemon juice in it and drinking and smoking really help. Vitamin C, honey and steam are all great for colds. If you really want to go natural and stay away from drugs together. So I am at least.
Benadryl is good, but you will feel sleepy.
Sudafed should be avoided in order, but to Sudafed PE. They took the regular rate are disadvantages, because the people were doing crystal meth, bien apparently (hey, it? Is therefore difficult for us mothers!)
